1. Who operates this site

This website is operated by:

“We”, “us” and “our” refer to SAGE WELL - FZCO. “You” refers to anyone using the site.

2. What this site is

This site presents our company and the food supplements and mobile application we are developing. It is an information site: it has no shop, no user accounts and no checkout, and nothing on it is an offer to sell. When products or the app become available, the purchase itself will be governed by separate terms of sale presented at that time.

3. No medical advice

Everything on this site is general information, not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Food supplements are not medicines and are not a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. They are not intended to prevent, treat or cure any disease.

Consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any supplement, particularly if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, taking medication, living with a medical condition, or buying for a child. Never disregard professional medical advice because of something you read here.

4. Accuracy and changes

Product names, formulations, descriptions and availability shown here are preliminary and may change before launch. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the site at any time without notice. We try to keep information correct and current, but we do not warrant that it is complete, accurate or up to date at any given moment.

5. Permitted use

You may view and print pages of this site for your own personal, non-commercial use. You must not:

• copy, republish or redistribute the site's content for commercial purposes without our written permission;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers or any connected system;
• interfere with the site's operation, including by automated means that place an unreasonable load on it;
• use the site for anything unlawful, or in breach of the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Crawling the site for search indexing is permitted in line with our robots.txt.

6. Intellectual property

The content of this site — text, images, graphics, layout, the Sage Well name and logo — is owned by us or used with permission, and is protected by intellectual property law. Nothing on the site transfers any right in it to you, except the limited permission in section 5.

The Manrope typeface used on this site is licensed under the SIL Open Font License; its licence text is distributed with the font files.

7. Email you give us

If you submit your email address through the “Launch updates” form, we use it only to tell you when our products launch, and you can ask us to delete it at any time. How we handle it is set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

8. Links to other sites

Where we link to a site we do not operate, we do so for convenience. We are not responsible for its content, its products or how it handles your data.

9. Liability

The site is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all implied warranties and are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or loss of data arising from your use of, or inability to use, this site.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. The courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them or from your use of the site.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The current version is always the one on this page, with its date at the top. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
