This policy explains what personal data SAGE WELL - FZCO collects through sagewell.company, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it.

This website is a pre‑launch page. We keep the data we ask for to a minimum:
- Your email address — only if you type it into the “Notify me” form and submit it. We do not ask for your name, phone number, address or payment details, and the site has no account or checkout.
- Technical log data — our hosting provider records standard server logs (IP address, browser user agent, requested page, date and time) to keep the site available and secure. We do not use these logs to build a profile of you.
3. Why we use it, and on what basis
We use your email address for one purpose: to send you a notification when Sage Well products launch. The legal basis is your consent, given when you submit the form. We do not send newsletters, marketing sequences or third‑party offers to that address.
Server logs are processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating a secure website.
4. Cookies, analytics and third parties
This site sets no cookies of its own and runs no analytics, advertising or tracking scripts.
The page also loads no third‑party content: fonts and images are served from sagewell.company itself, so opening the site does not reveal your visit to any other company.
5. Who we share it with
We do not sell, rent or trade personal data. We share it only with service providers who process it on our behalf and under contract — our website hosting provider, and, where used, the form or email delivery service that receives the “Notify me” submission. We may also disclose data where we are required to do so by law or by a competent authority in the United Arab Emirates.
6. Where your data is held
Our hosting and email providers may store or process data on servers outside the United Arab Emirates. Where that happens, we use providers that apply recognised safeguards for international transfers of personal data.
7. How long we keep it
We keep your email address until we have sent the launch notification, or until you ask us to delete it — whichever comes first. Server logs are retained for a short period by our hosting provider and then overwritten.
8. Your rights
In line with UAE Federal Decree‑Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data, you may ask us to:
- tell you what personal data of yours we hold;
- correct data that is wrong or out of date;
- delete your data;
- stop using your data, or withdraw the consent you gave — this does not affect anything we did before you withdrew it.
Write to contact@sagewell.company and we will respond within 30 days. Asking us to delete your email address costs nothing and needs no explanation.
9. Children
This site is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us their data, write to us and we will delete it.
10. Security
The site is served over HTTPS, and access to submitted email addresses is limited to the people at Sage Well who need it. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page and update the date at the top. Material changes affecting how we use data you have already given us will be announced by email to the address you submitted.
